We are excited to welcome skilled drivers to our team! As a dedicated Regional Food Grade Pneumatic Driver, you can expect to be home most weekends while earning a competitive weekly gross income of $1,300 to $1,800.

Orientation & Training:

Orientation held at our Jasper TN or Dade City FL terminals.

Paid orientation lasting 1-2 days, earning between $100 - $150.

No prior pneumatic experience? No problem, we will provide training!

Training conducted in your own truck, shadowing an experienced driver.

During training, you will still earn income by hauling freight.

Pay Structure:

Gross weekly earnings ranging from $1300 to $1800.

Pneumatic Driver Compensation:

20% pay in the first year, increasing yearly.

Additional compensation of $1.50 per ton for product blown off.

Nightly per diem provided for each night spent in the truck.

Driver Requirements:

Must hold a valid CDL A License.

Minimum of 2 years of verifiable Class A experience within the last 4 years.

Must not have any history of drug test refusals or failures.

No DUIs, DWIs, careless or reckless driving violations within the last 10 years.

Proficiency in English is required.

Felony convictions must be more than 10 years old.

Preference for candidates with a stable job history.

No license suspensions exceeding 30 days in the last 3 years.
