Remote Live Call Agent (Inbound/Outbound)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Remote Live Call Agent to join our team. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, providing information, resolving issues, and promoting services or products to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer questions and concerns.

Make outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, promotions, or collections as required.

Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.

Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or referrals.

Document all call details, outcomes, and customer interactions in CRM or call management systems.

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department in a timely manner.

Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals, including call quality and customer satisfaction.

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor during all interactions.

Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to improve skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and active listening skills.

Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask efficiently.

Comfortable working remotely with virtual communication tools.

Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.

Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace.

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with CRM and call center software (e.g., Five9, Zendesk, Salesforce).

Multilingual abilities are advantageous.

Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously.
