We are currently looking to fill an open Data Entry Clerk position at our company, which operates in the wholesale food distribution industry. This role is essential to supporting our administrative and operations team, and we’re seeking candidates who are detail-oriented, reliable, and ideally bilingual in English and Spanish.

Position: Data Entry Clerk
Location: 2225 S. Castle Harbor PL Ontario, CA 91761
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 Am - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00 an hour
Basic Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry software
Bilingual in Spanish and English (oral and written) preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Data Entry -Order Processing

8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Monday -Friday
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hr.
Overtime Job Duties :
Collect and sort through info to get it ready for data entry.
Enter customer, order, and account details accurately using both letters and numbers.
Double-check documents to make sure everything’s filled out right—fix what you can, or flag it for a supervisor if needed.
Keep data clean and accurate by reviewing, updating, or re-entering it when necessary.
Cross-check info from different systems to make sure it all lines up and remove any duplicates.
Do regular backups to help keep important data safe and secure.
Help test system changes by entering sample info and checking that everything works properly.
Handle sensitive information carefully and stick to company privacy rules.
Help keep inventory and order info up to date so everything runs smoothly.
Jump in and help with admin tasks or other projects when needed to keep the team moving forward.
Requirements:
Bilingual (English and Spanish) – Preferred for both written and verbal communication
High school diploma or GED required
1+ year of experience in data entry, clerical work, or related field (experience in food distribution preferred)
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to type efficiently and work with data entry software
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
