Care Coordinator – Redcar

Salary: Negotiable (DOE)

We are working with a long-established care provider who has recently been awarded a new package in Redcar. They are looking for a motivated Care Coordinator to help set up and manage rotas, ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality care in the community.

The Role:

Create, manage, and maintain staff rotas to ensure continuity of care

Match carers to service users based on skills and preferences

Communicate effectively with staff, service users, and families

Support recruitment and onboarding of new carers

Work closely with the management team to ensure compliance and efficiency

Respond to short-notice changes and emergencies to maintain service delivery

Criteria:

Previous experience in care coordination or scheduling (desirable)

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changes

Knowledge of the Redcar area is highly beneficial

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Location: Redcar
