About the Role:

Alia Autism Center is looking for a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our team. The role focuses on supporting children and young adults with autism to develop independence, communication, and life skills.

Responsibilities:

Assess sensory, motor, and functional skills.

Create and implement individualized therapy plans.

Support daily living and vocational skills training.

Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families.

Maintain therapy records and contribute to IEPs.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.

NHRA license (or eligibility to register in Bahrain).

Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.
