SALARY: PHP 110,000–150,000
JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a licensed Electrical Engineer with strong construction management experience to lead the development of a solar power plant in Nueva Ecija. This role requires proven leadership skills, technical expertise in electrical engineering, and the ability to manage site operations effectively throughout the project’s duration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for the solar power plant project.
Supervise and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure efficient project execution.
Oversee electrical engineering aspects of the project, ensuring compliance with industry codes and safety standards.
Review and interpret engineering drawings, designs, and specifications.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards; implement corrective actions when needed.
Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies.
Provide regular progress updates and reports to project stakeholders.
Foster teamwork and mentor site personnel to achieve performance and quality objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Licensed Electrical Engineer (required)
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction management, preferably in solar power plant or large-scale electrical projects.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Solid understanding of electrical systems, renewable energy infrastructure, and construction practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work onsite in Nueva Ecija under a 2-year project-based contract.
