Program Delivery – Plan and run training sessions on EV bus systems: batteries, drivetrains, charging equipment, and preventive maintenance.
Curriculum Support – Work with senior trainers or external experts to update lesson plans and training materials to match new EV technologies.
Compliance – Help the company secure and maintain TESDA and LTO accreditations where required.
Trainer Development
Guide and mentor a small team of instructors; schedule classes and practical sessions.
Development of localize training curriculum needs for operations and practical sessions.
Fleet Liaison – Coordinate with local transport cooperatives, bus operators, and charging-station partners to arrange practical training and internships.
Safety Oversight – Implement workplace safety measures and ensure trainees follow high-voltage handling protocols. Qualifications:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or similar role.
With three to five years of experience in automotive or EV maintenance; background in training or mentoring preferred.
Knowledge of EV systems and high-voltage safety is an advantage (manufacturer or TESDA certificates welcome).
Strong communication skills in English and Filipino; able to explain technical concepts clearly.
