High school graduate or equivalent (college level/graduate preferred) Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills Customer-oriented with a positive attitude Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays BPO or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner Handle customer complaints with empathy and efficiency Document customer interactions and maintain records Follow up on customer interactions when necessary Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues
