Responsibilities
Deliver training sessions on EV systems (batteries, drivetrains, charging, maintenance)
Update curriculum and training materials in line with new technologies
Support compliance with TESDA and LTO accreditation requirements
Mentor trainers, manage schedules, and develop localized training content
Coordinate with transport operators and partners for practical training
Enforce safety protocols, especially for high-voltage systems Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s in Automotive Tech, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field
3–5 years’ experience in automotive/EV maintenance; training experience preferred
Knowledge of EV systems and high-voltage safety (certifications a plus)
Strong communication and public speaking skills in English & Filipino
