Quantity Surveyor (QS) Architectural Works

Prepare detailed cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for architectural works, finishes, and interior packages.

Review architectural drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and consistency with budget allocations.

Conduct quantity take-offs for architectural materials (e.g., tiles, paint, partitions, ceiling systems, doors, windows, joinery).

Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations for architectural trades.

Monitor and control costs of architectural works throughout the project lifecycle.

Prepare variation orders, progress claims, and payment certifications related to architectural packages.

Coordinate with architects, designers, and site engineers to ensure cost efficiency and compliance with design intent.
