What you'll do:
Ensures accurate and timely release of final pay for separated employees in compliance with labor regulations.
Responds to payroll-related inquiries, especially from newly hired employees across various projects, following each payroll cycle.
Reviews and validates employee inputs such as attendance records and employment contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Assists in internal and external audits, including year-end, buyer audits, and audits from government agencies such as SSS and NSO.
Prepares monthly payroll schedules, monitor payroll liabilities, and ensure timely government remittance reporting. What we're looking for:
Graduate of BS Accountancy or Business-related courses
At least 1-2 years of Experience in payroll processing and compliance is preferred
CPA is an advantage
Full-time and work from home
Can start ASAP
