Quantity Surveyor (QS) Civil Works

Prepare and analyze cost estimates, BOQ, and budgets for civil and structural works. Review civil/structural drawings, plans, and specifications to quantify work accurately.

Conduct site measurements, progress monitoring, and cost reporting for civil activities (e.g., earthworks, concreting, formworks, steel reinforcements, infrastructure works).

Evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids related to civil and structural trades.

Prepare variation orders, progress billings, and payment certificates for civil works.

Ensure civil works are executed within budget while maintaining quality and compliance with standards.

Coordinate closely with structural engineers and project managers for accurate cost control and forecasting.
