Tenant Relations: Serving as a primary point of contact for tenants, addressing concerns, and managing tenant inquiries.

Administrative Support: Answering phones, managing emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining filing systems.

Lease Management: Processing lease agreements, renewals, and related paperwork.

Property Showings: Coordinating and scheduling property viewings for prospective tenants or buyers.

Maintenance Coordination: Receiving and processing maintenance requests, liaising with vendors and contractors, and monitoring the completion of repairs.

Financial Tasks: Assisting with rent collection, preparing financial reports, coding invoices, and tracking expenses.
