Vacant Position: Project Manager Location: Nairobi Industry: Hospitality Gross Salary: Competitive Ai-Cha & Zhengda are seeking to hire an experienced project manager to manage all their projects in Nairobi and East Africa.

Job Responsibilities: Brand Implementation: Oversee the overall implementation process and development direction of the Zhengda brand in Kenya.

Market Competitiveness: Ensure brand consistency and competitiveness in the market, focusing on products, services, and visual identity.

Standard Operating Procedures: Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain operational excellence.

Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with the supply chain to ensure a stable supply of materials.

Cost Monitoring: Monitor overall operating costs and profit margins to optimize financial performance.

Reporting: Submit regular analysis reports to headquarters, providing insights into performance and strategy.

Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and propose brand upgrades and market expansion strategies.

Goal Formulation: Formulate annual development goals and execution plans to drive brand growth.

Job Requirements: Language Proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin, English, and local languages.

3–5 years of experience in the F&B or restaurant chain industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Prior experience in franchise brand management, operations management, or project coordination is preferred.

Skills: Strong sense of responsibility and execution; able to work under pressure with strong problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel and provide on-site support as required.

Nice to Have (Plus Points): Proficiency in multiple local languages across the East Africa region.

Hands-on experience in launching and promoting a new brand from inception to market.

Experience in supply chain or training system development.

Familiarity with the F&B market landscape in Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
