Role Overview:

As a Customer Specialist, you’ll support customers exclusively through email and live chat—no phone calls involved. Your role will center on maintaining content quality, upholding community guidelines, and identifying fraudulent activity, all while delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and clearly to customer inquiries via email and chat ONLY

Review and moderate user-generated content to meet platform standards

Detect and resolve suspicious or fraudulent activity

Maintain accurate and organized case records

Collaborate with internal teams to refine support processes

Utilize modern tools to ensure precise and high-quality communication

Meet performance targets and contribute to team success

Build effective communication channels with internal departments and external stakeholders

Stay updated through continuous training and best practices

Requirements:

Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level)

Fluent in English (B2 level)

EU citizenship or Maltese Residency Card

0-1 year of experience in customer support

Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Eagerness to learn and grow
