Job Description*:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system operations and resolve user queries efficiently.

Should have worked on Compliance, Customs & Trade Document of GTS module

Assist in system enhancements, configurations, and improvements based on business requirements.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.

Monitor system performance and proactively suggest optimizations for better efficiency.

Maintain documentation related to configurations, processes, and troubleshooting.
