The Role:

Ensure CX Partners deliver exceptional customer experiences to Campaigntrack clients by providing timely, accurate, and professional support. Serve as the first point of contact for client requests, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and meet client needs through direct daily interaction.

What You'll Be Doing:

Promptly and professionally manage all incoming calls and tickets via 3CX and Freshdesk, ensuring timely and courteous resolution of client issues.

Collaborate closely with internal teams—including Creatives, Service Activations, Product, Tech, and Media—to efficiently resolve issues related to artwork, system functionality, templates, and reporting.

Oversee system-related requests such as image uploads, price list updates, and CRM integrations, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

Conduct thorough investigations and accurately process billing, invoicing, and campaign fee credit requests to maintain financial integrity.

Provide responsive publication support for designated clients (primarily in NZ), coordinating with Media teams to address enquiries and support campaign execution.

About You:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

At least 1-2 Years experience in customer service or other related roles

Good communication skills

Able to work under tight deadlines and pressure

Software knowledge (Freshdesk, 3CX) is an advantage but not required
