What You Will Do

Being a Material Handler II means becoming a valuable part of a first-rate team dedicated to upholding excellent standards and proficiently implementing our procedures. Your main duties will involve:

Timely loading of courier vehicles while strictly adhering to load securing regulations

Coordinating outgoing shipments to ensure they are flawlessly accomplished

Ensuring items for dispatch are accurately packed, labeled, and recorded in the tracking system

Detailing shipments and ensuring timely dispatch

Compiling reports with detailed information about shipped goods

Supporting investigations and resolutions of quality events

How You Will Succeed

Your success in this role will be determined by your ability to:

Register all process steps in the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) system according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and packaging regulations

Follow quality requirements, hygiene, and work regulations as per SOP

Conduct and detail continuous process improvements using LEAN and PPI tools.

Independently and responsibly inspect orders according to IATA regulations (Full Dangerous Goods)

Ensure accurate order processing to avoid customer complaints (Quality of Work)

Maintain the cleanliness of the shipping zone

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

Proven experience in material handling or a related field

Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Excellent organizational and documentation skills
