Strategic leadership: Define and execute the clients technical vision, aligning technology with commercial goals.

End-to-end ownership: Manage the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment, while ensuring quality, scalability, and security.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clear technical direction, architecture, and governance across all development initiatives.

Inspire, coach, and grow technical teams, fostering both technical and soft skills.

Champion best practices in coding, testing, and automation.

Collaborate with EXCO, product owners, project managers, BI, and UX teams to align solutions with business needs.

Oversee infrastructure strategy, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure-based deployments.

Translate regulatory and operational requirements into robust technical solutions.

Requirements

Ideal Profile

10+ years experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

Proven expertise within the iGaming sector (B2B and/or B2C software solutions).

Strong hands-on background in C#/.NET, .NET Core/6, WebAPI, SQL, and Umbraco (or other CMS).

Advanced knowledge of Azure cloud services, event-driven architecture, and microservices.

Experienced in Business Intelligence strategy, data pipelines, dashboards, and governance.

Skilled in CI/CD pipelines and automation with tools such as Azure DevOps.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
