Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and personable Property Manager - Real Estate to act as the main point of contact for our commercial property clients across Malta. This is a forward-facing role focused on building strong relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and coordinating with our internal maintenance and property teams to resolve issues efficiently.

This is a new position within our growing organization, offering the chance to shape how we support and engage with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial property clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and site visits.

Monitor properties and liaise with tenants to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Report client needs or maintenance requests to the appropriate Maintenance Manager or internal department.

Follow up on outstanding issues to ensure timely resolution.

Provide feedback to management on client trends, service improvements, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience in client relations, property management, or a customer-facing role is an advantage.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks.

Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to client service.

Fluency in English; Maltese language skills considered a plus.

Familiarity with the property industry is desirable but not essential.
