Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and manage preventive and corrective electrical maintenance activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues to minimize impact on operations.
Ensure maximum reliability and availability of electrical equipment and systems.
Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Prepare and maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external contractors when needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with PLC, motor controls, and power distribution systems is an advantage.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
