Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm

Role Overview

The HR Generalist is responsible for managing a wide range of HR functions, with a strong emphasis on employee relations processes. This role ensures effective handling of employee concerns, supports HR operations, and contributes to maintaining a compliant and engaged workforce within the logistics industry.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Generalist functions, with proven exposure to employee relations.

Strong knowledge of labor laws, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.

With background within the logistics or transportation industry is highly preferred

Familiarity with other HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, and benefits administration.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.

Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

Manage employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, in compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related concerns.

Assist in the development, communication, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with statutory and company requirements.

Support HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and training initiatives.

Coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives that promote a positive work culture.

Prepare reports and documentation related to employee relations and other HR functions.
