The Role
We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to help grow our team of healthcare professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to attract, source and recruit qualified care staff including Health Care Assistants, Support Workers and Nurses to meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and networking
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial outreach to onboarding
Build and maintain talent pipelines to meet client demand
Pre-screen and interview candidates to ensure suitability and compliance
Coordinate compliance checks (DBS, references, training certificates etc.)
Collaborate with the operations team to match candidates to client requirements
Represent Spire Staffing professionally to candidates and clients at all times
About You
Previous recruitment experience (healthcare recruitment is an advantage but not essential)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
Confident using job boards, social media and recruitment software/ATS
