He/She is responsible for assisting in the organization, and administration of all operational aspects for the F&B Department. He/She handles daily administrative duties for F&B Division, oversees daily office operations and ensures effective communication in the F& B Department.
Handle all administrative works in the F&B department
Handles clerical works for the F&B Director
Keep tracks of all documents and requests for proper proccessing and filing
Implements daily, weekly, and monthly checklist for all F&B departments. Ensures proper follow-up to attain maximum quality and efficiency
Coordinates the activities of Supervisors/Captains/Waiters/Hostess and Bartenders to ensure that the F&B outlets operate smoothly and efficiently
Manage office consumables and storeage layout, suggest improvements, implement changes as needed or directed.
Maintain telephone system
Consolidates monthly report and other reports for the outlets as required
Perform other task and duties that may be assigned by head.
QUALIFICATIONS
College Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Managements or any equiavalent course
At least 2 years in the same position
Tech savvy
Good communication skills
Can start immediately
Amenable to work onsite in Clark Pampanga
