Guerilla is looking for a dedicated Account Manager to be the bridge between our clients and internal teams. You'll maintain strong relationships, solve problems quickly, and help clients (and our team) thrive all while spotting opportunities for growth.
What You'll Do
Serve as the main point of contact for clients during night-shift hours
Build and strengthen long-term client partnerships
Track client records, contracts, and renewals
Coordinate with internal teams to meet KPIs and service goals
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to grow accounts
Resolve client concerns and support staff assigned to accounts
Prepare regular performance and sales reports
What Were Looking For
2-3 years of account management or client service experience
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Proficient with CRM tools, MS Office, and spreadsheets
Able to work independently and handle client escalations
Comfortable with night-shift hours aligned to Global clients
