The candidate should have basic knowledge of IT infrastructure support in a corporate enviornment the willingness to learn and provide support to all hotel operational divisions (Front office, Food & Beverage, Events, Sales administration, and back office areas). Familiarity with hotel management systems (PMS), POS, telephony, networks, and corporate collaboration tools is desirable, as well as basic understanding of information security.
The candidate must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and customer -oriented approach, ensuring continuity of hotel operations without impacting the guest experience. The ideal profile is proactive, organized, flexible to work on a shift basis and capable of prioritizing tasks in critical situations.
