Here is a glimpse of what you will do:
Provides technical support for Nextracker customers worldwide, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience and providing product and systems expertise to maximize customer value
Develop and maintain technical understanding of PV solar tracking systems and associated tools
Supports the Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and/or Program Manager in all activities that drive Customer Satisfaction and order fulfilment
Have strong customer care experience and be able to effectively communicate resolutions for customer concerns
Responsible for processing RFIs, NCRs, RMAs, transmittals, Change Orders, Lien releases
Support Nextracker product procurement and logistics
Possible on-site work to evaluate/document construction progress and respond to Customer queries
Ensures project documentation is complete and verified at all stages of project implementation, including but not limited to schedules, invoices, budgets, POs, SOs
Manages weekly Customers calls, kick off meetings, hand-off meetings
Plays key role in cross-functional product teams, providing recommendations based on systems integration expertise and customer needs assessments and feedback
Supports product development, sales, and marketing as requested
Internal customer voice. An advocate for the customer within Nextracker
Here is some of what you will need (required):
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience with 10+ years of experience in Project Management from Solar industry.
Strong knowledge of PV technology and its applications
Excellent customer service skills
Experience in supply chain procurement and logistics
Understanding of dealing with customer support and O&M issues.
Extensive hands-on experience with photovoltaic tracking solar systems a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
