Joining us on a full-time permanent basis based in either Exeter, Bristol, or Redhill, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £43,400 per annum plus excellent benefits.

About the Role As Revenue and Affordability Reporting and Governance Manager (RARG) you will lead a team responsible for revenue reporting, affordability analysis, compliance and data governance.

This role ensures accurate and timely reporting to regulators, supports strategic decision-making, and drives improvements in data quality and accessibility across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead the development and delivery of revenue and affordability reports

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines

Oversee data governance initiatives to improve data quality and accessibility

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support strategic planning and performance tracking

Manage and mentor a team of analysts and reporting specialists

Develop and maintain reporting platforms and dashboards

Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and data management

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in regulatory reporting, governance, or financial analysis

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, PowerBI

Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Knowledge of the water industry or other regulated sectors (desirable)
