Clinical Application Specialist I

Southeast Healthcare is looking for a dynamic and engaging person to fill a full-time Clinical Application Specialist I or IT Specialist role.

This position will: * Provide technical support to staff for hardware and software-related issues and/or problems as requested using the Helpdesk system.

* Conduct Healthcare IT related trainings for new and existing staff as it relates to the organization's electronic medical record, new hire computer training, and staff lunch/learns.

* Become the subject matter expert on our EHR and related applications.

* Remain up to date on current medical and technological concepts.

* Perform helpdesk ticket management.
