This is a contract position, offering a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends. This is a 100% onsite position in Columbus, OH. All candidates must be local to the Columbus, OH metro area for consideration.
Required Experience
3+ years of experience in desktop support, with hands-on experience supporting laptops, PCs, and peripheral devices.
Proficiency in supporting both Windows and Mac OS environments.
Experience with audio/visual equipment used in teaching, meeting, and event spaces.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and independently, taking initiative when necessary.
Organized and systematic approach to managing information and documentation.
DESIRED SKILLS
Experience with network troubleshooting
Familiarity with classroom technology installations or educational environments
