Role Description: Design and develop scalable, high-performance data workflows and integration solutions using RPDMDefine data transformation, matching, and cleansing strategies aligned to business and data quality requirementsCollaborate with data architects to evolve platform capabilities and ensure consistency with enterprise standardsWork with business and IT stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable RPDM solutionsBuild, test, and optimize data pipelines for performance, reliability, and qualityCollaborate in the design of data warehouse structures and support downstream analytics and reporting teamsDocument solution designs, workflow logic, and operational runbooksParticipate in peer reviews and support continuous improvement of development practicesEnsure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security requirementsProvide technical mentorship and solution guidance to development teams using RPDM
