Interim Controller

A growing Tech company located just south of Downtown Denver is seeking an Interim Controller to join their team. This will be a 3+ month contract opportunity to assist with process designs and improvements. This is a fully remote position seeking a candidate in the Denver Metro. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $57 to $60 per hour.

Job Description:

Prepare, execute and report financial plans

Manage the financial statement close

Analyze, review and report metrics

Work with operations to support capital planning and capital expense requests

Identify and lead process improvement projects

Develop and mentor finance staff. Build bench strength to support organizational succession planning

Requirements:

Excellent Excel skills including pivot tables, graphs and data analysis;

Excellent communication, influence, and collaborative leadership skills

Solid knowledge of ERP systems to drive system and process improvements

Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and solid experience in manufacturing accounting

CPA and/or MBA a plus REF 43861
