Now hiring Telemarketers in Worthington!

B2B Outbound calling position to set appointments for sales reps.

You will be calling companies from a provided list of contacts - you don't have to find names or numbers, it is all there already!

This is a high call environment and you will be making 150-200 calls a day. These are quick 2-3 minute calls.

Schedule is 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. No weekends!

Base + commission - average 1st year total comp is $65-70k

($33-$34k base + commissions for just setting appointments, they don't even have to close!)

Average appointment setters earn $65,000-$70,000/yr. and high performers are currently earning $125,000

This is NOT a sales position, you will not be selling the services or even explaining them!

Must have experience in high volume outbound call environment and/or sales

-Telemarketing, Inside Sales, Collections, B2B Sales or similar

-Ability to navigate computer programs

-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
