Essential Job Functions:
Clears halls, stairwells and vending areas of all linen, trash, and supplies.
Sweeps, mops, stocks, and organizes the supply & linen closets.
Sweeps and mops laundry room as needed
Sorts, wash, dry and folds hotel linens.
Strips and collects linen and trash from Room Attendants carts and rooms throughout the day.
Completes traces and answers radio calls assigned to hotel.
Vacuums and edges all assigned floors.
Dusts and clean all hallway signs, fire extinguishers, laundry equipment and vents.
Cleans elevator foyer areas and ensures that mirrors are free of marks.
Makes up rollaway beds that are not made.
Removes hallway marks.
Sweeps and mops stairwells.
Picks up trash and empties trash cans around parking lots as needed.
Attends all chemical and safety training classes
Follows all safety rules.
Moves boxes, furniture, etc.
Makes beds for Room Attendants as needed.
Operates all electric and non-electric equipment.
Completes all other duties assigned by the Housekeeping & Hotel Amenities Supervisor.
Complies with Company policies.
Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition. (S.T.A.R.)
Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-Reporting Policy.
Other Job Functions:
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Maintain and operate assigned equipment and vehicles.
Job Qualifications:
Experience Required: Previous cleaning experience preferred .
Education Required:
Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities Required: Ability to communicate effectively with others.
Licenses, Certifications, Bonding, and/or Testing Required: Valid state Driver License (as assigned).
