Software Developer - UI/UX

Responsibilities: UI/UX Designer * Job Description - Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with researchers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand complex scientific data and translate it into intuitive and user-friendly designs.

Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences.

You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-friendly designs.

Key Responsibilities: * Conduct user research and translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs.

* Design user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.

* Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

* Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components.

* Test and iterate designs based on feedback and usability results.

Qualifications: * Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio.

* Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). * Understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.

* Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have: * Experience with front-end technologies (Figma, HTML, CSS, JavaScript). * User research and testing: Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and gather feedback to continually improve digital interfaces tailored to scientists and healthcare professionals.

* Design and prototype creation: Craft wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications, ensuring accessibility and seamless user experience in scientific contexts.

* Data visualization expertise: Develop effective data visualization strategies that help users interpret and interact with large datasets relevant to life sciences research Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field * Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role * Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies * Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices * Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma * Knowledge of front-end frameworks like React or Angular is a plus * KPMG Assignment Select is geared toward independent professionals interested in temporary or project-based work.
