This position provides support to the Data Management Department by performing clerical-related duties while providing excellent customer service to agency clients.
This position requires that the employee reports to different work locations and/or units based on workload as determined by their supervisor.
The employee will help the agency achieve CFSR standards and help ensure service delivery that focuses on safety, permanency, and well-being for the families served by the agency.

* Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers.
* Must be able to read and write common vocabulary plus have at least 4 courses in typing OR 12 months of experience; * OR have at least 4 months of experience as a Data Entry Operator 1.
* Be a high school graduate or equivalent.
* Have one year of clerical experience.
* Have a typing speed of at least 25 wpm.
* Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Have well developed verbal communications skills, problem solving skills and excellent customer service skills.
Monday-Wednesday and Saturday 3:00pm-11pm, Sunday 4:00pm-12am, based upon agency need
