Mount Carmel Health System in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking a full-time, hospital-employed Obstetrics & Gynecology physician to join a respected and growing practice on the eastern side of Columbus near Easton Town Center. Job Description:
Join a respected and expanding OBGYN practice employed by Mount Carmel Medical Group
Work at a location strategically situated between Mount Carmel East and Mount Carmel St. Ann s, both equipped with MFM support and Level III NICUs
Split time between clinic (3 3.5 days/week) and OR (1 day/week)
Participate in 1:4 to 1:5 shared call rotation, including weekends; midwives cover 1:3 call
Provide obstetrical care and gynecological surgery, including robotic procedures (robotic surgery interest preferred)
Engage in resident education through the Mount Carmel OB/GYN residency program (teaching opportunity available but not required)
Collaborate with a supportive team in a traditional clinic + call model
Maintain hospital proximity (must reside within 30 minutes of hospitals)
Does not require supervision responsibilities
Position start date ASAP or no later than Fall 2026

Guaranteed base salary of *** with immediate bonus potential
