Driver - Wednesday through Saturday

JOB SUMMARY The Driver facilitates clients' transportation to and from necessary appointments at one of Promises Behavioral Health Residential Program Facilities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Transports clients per supervisor's directives (for court, ancillary services, etc.) * Follows emergency procedures exactly to secure safety and welfare of clients.

* Notifies appropriate Clinical staff member or Executive Director of any client behavior that could create a risk to the clients' wellbeing or treatment success.

* Completes and submits are necessary forms and documentation.

* Serves as back-up for residential assistances as needed.

* Assists with set-up and take-down for all special events and functions.

* Pick up mail daily.

* Provides tours for aftercare on weekend.

* Transports clients to special meetings when needed.

* Schedule includes being available during on-call schedule.

JOB QUALIFICAITONS * High school diploma or GED.

* Valid Driver's License.

* Class F endorsement (or willing to obtain). * Clear driving record.

* Current automobile insurance.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Excels working within a team.

* Ability to follow directions.

* CPR/First Aid Certification is required for this position.

If not CPR/First Aid certified at time of hire, certification must be obtained within the state mandated time frame after first day of employment.
