Customer Service Representative

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Interact with customers either in-person or via telephone to provide information about products and services; make suggestions about other products and services the Company offers.

Keep up to date of product line, prices, installation time, various marketing, and promotional services.

Opens Customer accounts by recording information.

Process new service application for phone and/or internet.

Maintains Customer records by updating account information.

Work front counter taking payments occasionally.

Maintain records in Company software billing system of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

Resolve customer billing or service complaints.

Check and respond to emails concerning service inquiries sent from the company website.

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma; a minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service.

Excellent customer service skills.

Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office products.
