Service Foreman

A candidate for this position should be able to demonstrate * Eight or more years of proven commercial roofing experience with all single-ply, BUR, metal roofing and sheet metal * Strong knowledge of proper roof repair practices and manufacturer specifications * Demonstrate proven leadership skills * Ability to professionally speak with customers and document work performed on electronic device * Customer-focused mindset * Capability to coach and teach others on proper repair and customer service techniques * Good problem-solving skills * Ability to provided 24/7 on-call service on assigned days * Valid driver's license is required Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off Schedule: * 8-hour shift * On call Experience: * Commercial Roofing: 8 years (Preferred) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person
