Compensation: $280,000 - $300,000 (OTE $350,000+)

As a Center Medical Director, you will oversee a small patient panel and lead a team of Physicians and Nurse Practitioners in a value-based care model. We provide door-to-door transportation for patients who need it, ensuring accessibility to care.

Position Overview:

• Salary: $280,000 - $300,000 base• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Last patient scheduled at 4:15 PM)• Work-Life Balance: No weekends, no nights• Patient Panel: 60-90 patients max• Patient Population: Seniors with 3-5 chronic conditions• Leadership Role: Supervise and mentor PCPs and NPs• Value-Based Care Model
