Some of the functions the Finance Manager - FP&A will perform:

• Support and lead the annual financial (budget) and strategic plan process

• Partner with cross-functional operating partners to provide insights that drive the growth of the business

• Manage the development of reporting and KPIs for the business

• Create and present visually engaging and intuitive financial reports and presentations tailored to communicate key insights to cross-functional and executive audiences

• Leverage technology to drive efficiencies in finance processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• 5-7 years Financial Analysis; Retail industry experience a plus

• Advanced PC skill proficiency, including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

• Attention to detail

• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate across all levels

• Track record of serving others and putting team goals first

• Proactive approach; identifies and solves problems

• Adaptability; flexible to changing market forces and shifting priorities

• Desire to continuously improve and remain curious
