NROCKS Outdoor Adventures is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer service driven professional to support our Guest Services team on-site in Circleville, WV as a Part-time Customer Service Representative!
Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be expected to assist in the organizing, administration, and monitoring of the Customer Service operations of NROCKS Outdoor Adventures. The CSR will attend to needs of guests on site at NROCKS as well as pre-arrival details. Must be able to problem solve while working independently. Must enjoy customer service and be capable of administrative/clerical duties as well.
Duties:
Respond to incoming phone calls, emails, web generated requests, and other forms of communication relating to program operations for all business entities in an efficient and professional manner.
Responsible for individual and group reservations, and product transactions using a variety of methods (online software, MS Office programs, etc.)
Maintain reservation calendar making changes as needed.
Shuttle guests to and from Canopy Tour and Via Ferrata using company vehicles
Escort guests that have decided to exit the Via Ferrata early back to the Welcome Center by hiking up to mile on steep, rugged terrain.
Report client feedback to management.
Identifies, researches, and resolves customer issues.
Communicates with housekeeping staff to schedule cleaning/turnovers as needed.
Maintains the linen inventory and orders fresh linens as needed.
Responsible for ordering and managing merchandise and food/beverage inventory.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma is required.
Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills.
Demonstrated ability to understand and administer technology systems.
Consistency in attendance and stable work history.
Proven ability to provide excellent customer service to diverse populations.
Ability to work independently as well as a contributing team member.
Must have ability to multi-task.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Successful completion of a background check
Valid Driver's License
Must be able to meet the physical requirements of position
Physical Demands:
Employee will be expected to regularly sit, stand, hike and walk on uneven terrain, lift and/or move 30 pounds or more when needed. The employee is regularly required to navigate steep, strenuous hiking trails consisting primarily of loosely stacked rocks while escorting guests to various locations on property ensuring their safety.
Work Environment:
While the work environment is majorly based out of an office, the employee may be required to work in an outdoor environment on mountainous terrain, at times in inclement weather, as well as standing/climbing/hiking for extended periods of time.
