Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Client Service Associate to join our team in a hybrid role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery and fostering strong relationships with clients, while also supporting the internal team to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention, providing personalized service as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate client records in CRM software.
Develop and implement strategies for client retention and account management.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to prepare reports and presentations for clients and management.
Participate in training and mentoring junior team members to enhance overall team performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in client service or customer support roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong emphasis on relationship management.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; experience with data entry and client management systems is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
