Your Role As a Senior/Lead Maintenance Technician with a strong electrical background, you will be the go-to expert for troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems across our distribution centers.

You'll lead and mentor Facilities Associates, ensure high system uptime, and support projects that keep our operation efficient, safe, and competitive.

What You'll Do * Diagnose and repair complex electrical systems including high/low voltage, AC/DC circuits, substations, PLC-controlled systems, and automated material handling equipment * Lead troubleshooting efforts to quickly resolve electrical and controls issues that impact operations * Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and support upgrades to conveyor and sortation technology * Read, interpret, and apply electrical schematics and mechanical drawings to ensure accurate, efficient repairs * Support other building systems (plumbing, HVAC, lighting, etc.) as needed, with emphasis on electrical work * Organize, schedule, and oversee daily assignments for Facilities Associates, ensuring productivity and safety compliance * Oversee contractors and vendors on electrical and facility projects * Document all work order activities in the CMMS system for accuracy and compliance Click here for benefit details related to this position.

Minimum Salary: $34.00 Maximum Salary: $44.62 VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown.
