Range Associate (firearms-SEASONAL)

In this role, you will be on the front lines, engaging with our guests, sharing your enthusiasm for our products and services, and helping them have the safest and best time at the Range.

This is a seasonal position expected to conclude shortly after the start of the new year, with potential for extension based on business needs and performance.

Key Responsibilities: * Ensure Range Safety - Enforce all safety rules and procedures to maintain a secure shooting environment for guests and staff.

* Deliver Exceptional Customer Service - Provide personalized experiences and exceed guest expectations.

* Educate and Assist Guests - Use product knowledge to help guests choose the right firearms.

* Maintain Range Equipment - Perform routine inspections and report necessary repairs to management.

* Uphold Cleanliness Standards - Complete and document daily cleaning tasks to ensure a professional and well-maintained range.

* Support Training & Development - Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and assist in developing fellow range officers.

* Assist with Range Events - Help coordinate and execute competitions, private bookings, and special events for a seamless guest experience.

* Drive Revenue Growth - Promote range memberships, special events, and training programs to increase engagement and sales.

* Execute Range Officer Duties - Oversee range operations, assist guests, and enforce safety protocols during shifts.
