Base Salary $180-200k plus bonus and sharing

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and optimize plant operations by driving production goals, workforce training, and development initiatives that support design, fabrication, quality, and maintenance in a new world class facility
Implement policies, procedures, and KPIs that improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency
Analyze operational metrics and set performance targets to meet revenue and cost objectives
Lead Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives, including 6S, SOP development, and process optimization
Oversee safety and compliance programs to ensure adherence to OSHA, DOT, EPA, and other regulatory standards
Lead and coordinate multi-functional plant teams, including production, warehouse, logistics, and operations
Work closely with department heads to ensure seamless coordination of purchasing, production, and shipping
Drive financial performance through strategic cost management and efficiency improvements
Foster a collaborative, diverse, and high-performance work culture through strong leadership and communication
QUALIFICTIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field; MBA Preferred
8+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting
Lean Six Sigma & Lean Manufacturing Green or Black Belt required
Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing processes including but not limited to fabrication, welding, blast & paint, automotive assembly
Experience in robotic manufacturing processes a plus
Strong financial acumen, including management and cost reduction strategies
Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, capacity planning, and plant lifecycle management
Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing and process improvement methodologies
Proven track record in safety management, OSHA compliance, and quality control
Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
Proficiency in manufacturing ERP systems
Superior communication skills (both written and oral)
