Job Description

Oversee all MEP scopes-HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, low-voltage-from design coordination through field installation and turnover.

Manage subcontractors, engineers, and field teams to ensure execution is aligned with cost, quality, safety, and schedule expectations.

Lead technical reviews, procurement, and installation on large-scale, mission-critical builds across data center, life sciences, higher-ed, and advanced manufacturing sectors.

Coordinate commissioning and closeout with clients, consultants, and trade partners to ensure seamless project handoff.

Mentor and develop MEP engineers and superintendents, and collaborate with national MEP leadership on best practices.

The Successful Applicant

10+ years of MEP management experience across both preconstruction and field operations

Strong technical depth in MEP systems, sequencing, and cost engineering

Ability to lead large teams and communicate effectively with owners, engineers, and trade partners

Experience on LARGE technical projects (e.g. data center, pharma, healthcare, semiconductor, or similar)

LEED accreditation preferred; strong familiarity with Microsoft Project, Procore, Bluebeam, BIM360, and Smartsheet
