General Labor Associate

1st Shift = 7:00a - 3:30p M-F

2nd Shift = 3:45p - 12:15a

We're looking for a General Labor Associate to join our growing team. This is a crucial role that helps us maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment. Your work will directly support our mission of delivering high-quality pharmaceutical packaging services.

What You'll Do

Clean and maintain equipment: Wash and store production equipment and tools to ensure they're ready for use at all times.

Manage supplies: Monitor and restock daily inventory in production rooms, making sure the team has what they need, when they need it.

Keep things spotless: Perform essential cleaning tasks like sweeping, dusting, and sanitizing workstations, which is critical for a pharmaceutical packaging environment.

Handle waste: Collect and remove waste from production areas to maintain a safe and organized workspace.

Follow regulations: Adhere to cGMP guidelines and practices, including accurate and timely record-keeping.

Support the team: Assist production staff and operators with various tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent.

Basic computer skills (Windows PC).

Experience in running production equipment or stocking supplies.

Key Requirements

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and comfortably push, pull, bend, twist, stand, and sit throughout the day.

Strong attention to detail and a focus on doing the job right the first time.

Excellent organizational skills, with a reputation for being accurate, reliable, and efficient.

A positive attendance record and a dependable nature.
