Responsibilities Position Overview Join our dynamic 10-week internship program within the Talent Development team at Bob Evans Farms, where you'll gain hands-on experience supporting initiatives that shape employee growth, engagement, and development.

In addition to your core responsibilities in Talent Development, you'll participate in a structured rotation across key Human Resources functions to build a comprehensive understanding of the employee experience and HR operations.

Accountabilities Partner with Talent Development to support training logistics and content creation.

Assist in coordinating and analyzing employee engagement initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

Support planning and execution of company events, philanthropic efforts, and employee engagement activities.

Learn about employment law, benefits, compensation, total rewards, and leave administration through hands-on experience.

Qualifications Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Creative thinker with a passion for learning and development.

Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.

Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently.

High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Strong interpersonal and influencing skills across all levels of the organization.
